Job Details


The in-house recruiter will report to the recruitment manager and will involve working alongside the care professionals in the team.

Client Details

My client are a growing home health care service based in Sevenoaks.

Description

  • Utilsie social media and the respective platforms for creating and dvertising new vacancies
  • Working alongside agencies to ensure effective exposure to care professionals in the market
  • Sift through job boards to source and shortlist prospective candidates
  • Undertake telephone interviewing
  • Arranging interviews
  • Book new hire training at the training centres around the country
  • Arrange and coordinate open days and job fairs
  • Support the recruitment manager with adhoc tasks
  • Support the live in recruitment team when required
  • Ensure all candidates have the right to work documentation and follow GDPR

Profile

  • You will have previous recruitment experience
  • You will have previous experience in a healthcare setting
  • You will be an effective communicator over the phone and in person
  • You will be computer literate
  • You will have great prioritisation skills
  • Results driven towards KPI'S
  • You will be willing to travel on occasion

Job Offer

  • £20,000 per annum salary + incentives for number of placements made
