I am currently partnering with an outstanding, highly ethical and sought-after organisation based in the heart of Woking, Surrey.

Your new role
My client is seeking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join their exceptional team on a one-year fixed term contract initially. Ideally this will be full time, but my client is potentially open to 4 days a week. This organisation is forward thinking in terms of flexible working and does offer some potential to work from home.

My client is offering a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 with some potential flexibility.

The Human Resources team works in strategic partnership to attract, develop and retain the diverse and motivated talent needed to effectively deliver the organisations strategy to achieve the greatest impact. The HR team embed ways of working that reflect their organisational values and enable their people to work with agility and empowerment. The team provide learning and development opportunities and reward employees through pay and benefits whilst building resilience and a culture of high performance. The HR team additionally enable and support managers to manage and lead their teams by ensuring they have the right tools, information, systems, policies and processes in place.


Reporting to the Director of HR, this role will support three client groups with c.130 employees and will work closely with departmental leaders and line managers. You will join a high performing HR team, working closely with their other HRBP, our HR Services Team and our Learning & Development Manager.

This role covers the broad spectrum of both planned and reactive HR work, and the post holder will enjoy working in a busy fast paced environment and need to have a pragmatic and solutions focused approach.


What you'll need to succeed
My client is seeking an individual with significant experience of expert advice/guidance provision within an HR function and experience of providing both operational and strategic HR support to a business. You will be fully up-to-date on employment law and its interpretation and will possess CIPD qualification or equivalent experience


It is essential that you will have a proven ability to establish credibility quickly with colleagues at all levels within the organisation with excellent clear and concise written and spoken communication skills and be able to Influence and build relationships, as well as the ability to challenge and influence at a senior level
