Are you looking for your next step in Employee Benefits in a fast-paced, global management consultancy firm? Are you keen to work in a business where you will be pushed and developed? This is a six month fixed term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
You will assist the business with Employee Benefits queries, liaising with brokers and providing reports and analytics. You will work in a small team, primarily looking after UK employees but with the possibility of expanding to look after EMEA staff as well. You will get involved with some high-level projects, driving the introduction of new benefits and upgrades to existing ones. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders in a globally recognised firm.
As it is a small team, you will need to be comfortable operating quickly under pressure. Your previous experience with introducing new Benefits and operating a flexible Benefits window will be a huge benefit to my client. You'll be working with large amounts of data, so you'll need an analytical mindset and intermediate to advanced Excel skills. As you'll be dealing with senior stakeholders from day one, you'll need to have excellent communication and relationship management skills.
