HR Officer / £29-£33k / 9 month FTC to cover Maternity / Leicester

Ashley Kate are delighted to working with a market leading manufacturing company in their search for a HR Officer based in Leicester. This role is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience dealing with employee relations cases and advising managers with HR queries. Due to the urgency of this role, we are looking for someone to start with immediate effect.

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to;
·Looking after absence management
·Being first point of contact for HR support to employee's
·Supporting managers when need on Employee Relation issues.

The Candidate;
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and have previous experience in working closely with managers guiding them through full Employee lifecycle. We are looking for someone who is immediately available.
