Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a multinational Financial Services organisation, assisting their search for a Compensation Analyst. This position will sit as part of their Reward function, reporting into the MIS and Compensation Business Partner.The key responsibilities of this position include:MI and People analytics reporting across all levels of the business.Liaising with senior stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reportsActive involvement in system evaluation and optimisation for the continued improvement of processesTaking a proactive role in providing analytics across the HR functionActive involvement in the annual compensation review processWork closely with senior BPs and Heads of function in the analysis, optimisation and execution of compensation programsMarket benchmarkingThe ideal candidate will have:Advanced skills in Excel - including familiarity with macrosExperience with HR systemsHigh level organisationMust be prepared to work occasional long or non-standard hours in to support key processes - e.g. compensation review; or reporting periodsCritical thinking, reasoning and problem solving.Self-motivatedTo be considered for this position, please apply accordingly.
