Currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join a well known global business in Woking. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner, who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment, to join a company as they implement their new organisational strategy, values and culture.

The successful candidate will join a high performing HR team and work closely with colleagues to develop and implement their people strategy enabling the effective delivery of their mission and goals. This will involve leading people initiatives designed to build employee engagement, organisational agility, people capability and to embed new ways of working. You will also build relationships with line managers, directors and other key stakeholders, and provide professional advice and guidance on HR matters in line with policies and legislation. You will support managers in handling employee relations, sickness absence or performance management issues too.

This is a rewarding and challenging role, requiring an HR professional who enjoys the broad spectrum of both planned and reactive HR work, and has a pragmatic and solutions focused approach. You will have significant experience of giving expert advice and guidance within a busy HR function as well as of providing both operational and strategic HR support. You will also possess up-to-date knowledge of employment law. Your technical expertise will be complemented by excellent communication, relationship building and team working skills.
