I am working with a global energy business in recruiting for a Compensation and Benefits analyst role on a 12 month FTC. This Reward Analyst role will be to support the firms continued growth strategy including the acquisition and integration of businesses. The role is to provide support to the M&A Compensation & Benefits Manager Reward & Benefits expertise and support in the context of due diligence, post-acquisition, integration and divestment activities and assist with the development and/or alignment of compensation and benefits policies and the processes.

Your role will be to provide accurate, engaging and insightful reward analysis to support M&A activities. You will be involved in supporting the due diligence activities around mergers and acquisitions by reviewing the Compensation & Benefits of the target company and reporting risk, financials and people impact. You will evaluate roles, assist with the reporting of results and impact of the organisational structure alignment to the wider Compensation team, Benefits team, the M&A Centre of Expertise, the HR team and the acquired business. You will also assist with the development of the Reward & Benefits strategy post-acquisition and support the development of communication materials such as Total Reward booklet.

The successful candidate will have experience of Reward, Incentive and Benefits across multiple countries ideally having worked in a matrixed environment. You will have advanced Excel skills, advanced numerical and analytical skills and the ability to work with large volume of data from multiple sources and to interpret and extract insight in a clear, simple and succinct manner. You will have strong attention to detail, good writing skills and presentation skills and ability to convey complex issues succinctly and effectively. Workday experience would be desirable.
