Job Details
Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this fast paced business based in Kirkby-in-Ashfield to find an experienced and self-motivated Resourcer / Recruitment Administrator to join their team on an initial 6 month contract (with possible extension).
This role will assist the Recruitment Team with the recruitment of several key positions in to the company, within a relatively short space of time.
Your focus will be
- Searching job boards and ATS's for suitable candidates, contacting them directly, researching local companies, directly sourcing & approaching suitable candidates via various channels
- Record all necessary information accurately and efficiently to ensure the ATS is up to date.
- Coordination of interview scheduling / meeting rooms
- Post adverts
- Conduct telephone interviews
- Applicant sifting against various role criteria
You'll be adept at using LinkedIN, ATS systems, advertising and any other innovate solutions/mediums to source applicants and sell, with passion, the idea, benefits and career opportunities of working for this organisation. You will also have strong administration skills and the ability to communicate at all levels, including senior stake holders.
This six-month assignment requires an immediate start, therefore suitable candidates MUST BE AVAILABLE AT SHORT NOTICE and be able to demonstrate the above experience, gained from similarly demanding, delivery based role.
