Page Personnel are working with a well-established manufacturing organisation on the outskirts of Leeds, who are actively seeking a temporary HR Advisor to add value to their HR function on a 6 month FTC.

In a generalist HR position, the successful candidate will cover the employee lifecycle including recruitment campaigns and high volume ER issues.

Description

In a busy and varied temporary HR Advisor position based on the outskirts of Leeds, roles and responsibilities are to include, however are not limited to:

  • Provide advice and assistance to the Senior HRBP's with matters of investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and appeals
  • Support the recruitment of new employees covering all aspects from authorisation, advertising, dealing with agencies, interviews, assessment centres, open days / recruitment fairs, occupational testing and job offers
  • Implement and improve policies, procedures and processes within the Human Resources Department and ensure legal compliance at all times
  • Making sure clients' Contracts of Employment are up-to-date and legally compliant
  • Provide ad-hoc project support within HR team

Profile

  • Understanding of the basic principles and functions of Human Resources within a HR department and a willingness to build on that knowledge
  • High volume ER caseload experience
  • Background operating at a HR Advisor level
  • Immediate availability
  • Full UK drivers licence
