Page Personnel are working with a leading supplies manufacturer in Brighouse, who are actively seeking a HR Coordinator to add value to their HR function on a 6 month FTC until August

In a fast-paced and varied position, the role will provide transactional support to the entire employee lifecycle, involvement on various HR projects, and overseeing the payroll function

Description

  • Ensure the HR system is updated and holds accurate information
  • Ownership of the training administration system and - including the planning and organization of statutory and development training
  • Manage the monthly payroll - inputting and ensuring no errors before the HR Leader authorises
  • Daily management of the Time and Attendance system to ensure correct data and working hours are recorded
  • Managing relationships with Occupational Health providers

Profile

Experience within a HR Administrator/Assistant capacity

Demonstrable ability to deal with payroll

Excellent written and verbal communication ability

Good organisation with high levels of adaptability
