Interim Head of HR for a public sector company which delivers HR, OD and payroll services to local authorities.

Our client is an East Midlands based service provider with an excellent track record in the public sector with ambitious growth for further improvement.

Description

As the interim Head of HR you will deliver;

  • HR and Payroll services including recruitment
  • Be a member of the senior leadership team
  • Provide strategic HR advice and information to senior directors within the organisation
  • Ensure the organisation is demonstrating best practice.
  • All other roles and tasks consistent to Head of HR.

Profile

The successful candidate will be available at short notice and have a proven track record in similar posts.

Job Offer

3 to 6 month contract with a competitive day rate.
