Ashley Kate are working with a National business based in Abingdon who are looking for A HR Team Manager to support the business due to growth.

This is a brand new role to the business where you will be managing a team of 4 Consultants who provide ER advice and case management support to the business.

About you
You will be a strong HR Manager who has excellent knowledge of employment law and ER. You will be a great leader but also want to work collaboratively with the wider HR Team with a proactive and commercial outlook.

About the role
You will lead the HR Operations team who provides a specialist advice and consultancy service to managers on HR policy and practice, and employment law expertise across all elements of the employee relations lifecycle including disputes, grievances, attendance, well-being and employment terms and conditions.
The HR Operations Manager will both manage the team and play an active part in delivering its services. Whilst handling their own case load and implementations, they will act as a point of escalation for the team, and ensure the ongoing identification and implementation of continuous improvements.
