The successful candidate will work as part of a fun, close knit HR team and will supervise four HR administrators.

This person will act as an escalation point for other members of the team and must have excellent communication skills and fantastic attention to detail.

This is a perfect next step for an established HR Assistant or HR Administrator to take the next step.

Client Details

A fast paced professional services firm based in Central London.

Description

You will be responsible for supervising four HR administrators and act as an escalation point. You will also play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the payroll process (collating not processing) across the UK and Globally.

You will get the chance to be involved in key global projects and liaise with business leaders across the world.

You will supervise more junior members of the team and be a point of contact across the business for more complex queries.

Profile

To apply you must have experience managing the payroll process (ADP is desirable).

The successful candidate will have a proven background working as a HR Assistant/HR Administrator and have worked within a fast paced private sector industry.

This is a perfect role for an established HR Administrator or HR Assistant to take the next step.

Job Offer

A 12 month FTC which may potentially be extended working in a fun fast paced HR function in Central London.
