Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with our client based in Bath who are looking for a HR Consultant to support them with a project.

About you
You will be an experienced HR Professional with specific expertise in change, TUPE and redundancies. You will be a strong influencer and be able to build sustainable relationships quickly.
You will ideally be CIPD qualified and have experience within education although other sectors will be considered.

About the role
You will support the Head through a period of change by providing pragmatic HR expertise.
