Recruitment Project Manager
A global intelligence organisation based in London is currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Project Manager. The organisation is embarking on an exciting period of change and growth so this role will be focusing on supporting hiring and global projects. This is to join a small but delivery focused HR team, where you will report directly to the Group Head of Talent.
The role will be working with the global recruitment team broadly support the hiring of key roles from a strategic perspective and help deliver a key projects. The main accountabilities will include:
Helping with global talent event in London evety January for 600 people
*Resourcing - ensuring the most appropriate attraction methods are in place globally.
*Support and help deliver the implementation of a new ATS
*Help to define and build a digital strategy
*Support with planning and delivery of large recruitment events
*Implement and review recruitment metrics and MI
*Assist with global inductions and review processes
*Network and ensure consistent delivery across the regional offices.
*Review the pre-employment screening process
*Building interview guides
*Ensuring the correct assessments are in place for each level of role
Skills and Experience
*Have worked in Recruitment projects within a global organisation
*Strong stakeholder management
*Strong UK employment law knowledge
*Extensive experience with systems will be beneficial
