Seeking an experienced HR professional, looking for a more project focused position in a growing company in Staffordshire
This role would suit a HR professional who has a diverse range of proven project management skills with strong analytical skills and exceptional stakeholder management.
The ability to clearly evidence HR, project and change management experience is essential for this position.
Reporting into the HRD you will support the HR leadership team in monitoring and delivering project plans that will have a measurable impact on the performance and people agenda.
Projects could include Process improvement, resourcing projects and business transformations.
Your remit will include the following;
- Lead and support the delivery of multiple project activities identifying risks, mitigations and opportunities to improve performance.
- Analyse data and produce regular HR data reports for key stakeholders
- Work with the HR Leadership Team to ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget and resource plans. .
- Track and monitor progress and escalate business risks where appropriate
As part of the role it will include UK wide travel when needed.
