Compensation & Benefits Manager - 12 month FTC
My client is a global leader in the Oil and Gas sector - I am supporting them in recruiting for a 12-month FTC for a Compensation and Benefits Manager position. This Compensation and Benefits Manager position will be directly involved with developing the company's growth strategy. Reporting to the Director, Compensation Policies, Operations & Market Analytics, the role is to provide Reward & Benefits expertise and support in the context of due diligence, post-acquisition, integration and divestment activities.
In a role which will have both operational and strategic involvement, this will involve working on M&A's across their EMEA and US regions and will lead the due diligence activities by reviewing the Compensation & Benefits of the target company and reporting risk, financials and people impact to stakeholders. You will develop a competitive Reward & Benefits strategy post-acquisition and in readiness for integration, taking into account group Reward Principles and local and business context. You will present plans to multiple stakeholders then develop the communications strategy and roll out.
The successful candidate will have a previous experience of managing a team, will be a seasoned professional in Compensation & Benefits with experience gained in multinational organisations across different countries. You will also have extensive experience of job evaluations, global salary surveys and benefits surveys and good understanding of various pension arrangements.
