Senior HR Business Partner
There is also opportunity be involved in and lead on business projects within this role.
This role involves travel across the UK circa three times a week, however you will manage your own time and diary, therefore when you're not on the road this role will be based from home.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HRBP to join a large not-for-profit organisation whereby they will get exposure of working with senior leadership team, ownership of a business area and flexibility.
The key focus of this role is to act as a true Business Partner to a specific business area and to lead on the development of functional/national people plan driving workforce plans, colleague engagement plans, recruitment & retention and business priorities. Alongside this, there is huge opportunity to take a lead role in centralised HR projects working with your HR peers.
This role is expected to work closely with the senior leadership team and to provide a high level of HR support that contributes towards maximising operational efficiency and performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong HR Business Partner background within the care industry (essential) and have the ability to travel a couple of days a week across the UK.
The successful candidate will be familiar with change management (advanced level) and performance management and have the confidence and gravitas to establish relationships quickly.
Whilst the Head Office is based in West Yorkshire, this role is home based and paying £50,000 - £55,000 + car allowance + other great benefits.
