Interim HR Consultant3 month Assignment£550 - £650/day My client is an up and coming brand within the high growth energy sector urgently seeking an Interim HR Consultant to join the business while they recruit for a permanent Head of HR. You will be responsible for the full generalist remit in a stand alone capacity across multiple international sites so much have experience working in a similar complex environment. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Provide HR business partnering services for managers, guide and implement strategies and build strong relationships with stakeholders.Coach and guide managers (taking into account best practice, local law, cultural and company policies) in terms of; talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management, succession planning; employee relations, engagement and change programs.Support management in designing new positions in line with job familiesSupport managers in interviewing senior roles.Investigate, resolve and recommend solutions for employee issuesMay be required to support management in setting up end to end HR services in new countries and legal entities or to integrate acquired businesses.Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation specifically within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, able to upskill as required.May be required to undertake analysis or reporting.Respond to employee enquiries regarding practices and policies.May be required to deliver employee and manager training within field of knowledge.Develop and enhance communication processes and programs to improve employee morale and champion employee engagement activities. Skills/Experience/KnowledgeEssential: Proven track record of providing best practice HR Business Partner services in a stand alone role; strong UK experience essential but experience of operating in multiple jurisdictions within Europe or Middle East highly desirable.Demonstrates a strong background in employee relations and change management; including planning and project management through to effective delivery.Computer literate, in particular competent with Microsoft office. Comfortable with HRISMust be able to demonstrate up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice.Experience of working across multi-site organizations and providing remote support.Prior experience of supporting all levels of managementDemonstrates background in supporting employee engagement initiatives, driving a culture of diversity and inclusion.Prior experience of delivering employee training and coaching; guidance on talent management.
