Job Details
LMA are working with a leading Retail and Technology company in the search for a HR Advisor to be based at the site in North Kent. This role will be based at one of their brand new state of the art Customer Fulfilment Centres which operates on a very large scale.
This HR Advisor will be providing generalist support to line managers within the site and consistently implementing HR policies and procedures. As HR Advisor you will have to be up to date with employment law and have good amount of knowledge of Employee Relations, particularly within a blue collar industry. You will also be expected to assist on the benefits, reward and recognition schemes and various Learning and Development programmes that are in place.
The successful candidate will have strong people skills and would be able to work independently. You will also have to have proven experience e working within a HR Generalist capacity.
