Regional Senior HR Business Partner, South East

My client is one of the leading learning disability charities in the country, providing support for 3,000 people with a learning disability and employing around 3000 staff. Operationally, they have been and continue to be innovative in recognising and championing good support, whilst taking an alternative view at how support is provided. They are recruiting for a Regional Senior HR Business Partner to join the HR team and work across the regions specified below.

As a charity they are sector leading and recognised and observed by CQC and local authorities who provide most of the funding for care packages. Offering such a high level of service means as a HR Business Partner you will be responsible for ensuring that the employees and senior teams have the tools to continue this success.

You will be part of a team that is fully engaged in supporting the organisation's managers to achieve key efficiencies as well as driving cultural change. In addition to this you will be a key part of the divisional management team, working closely with the Divisional Director and other senior managers to develop and bid for new services as well as delivering against key HR priorities.

You must be a credible and persuasive HR professional with extensive experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate your experience of TUPE (in and out) and cultural change strategies. You will be strategically minded whilst being able to offer a commercial approach to HR in turn you will have worked on employee relations to complex levels.

It is likely you will possess experience gained within a regional/multi-site position within a charity, healthcare or corporate environment, and possess a broad generalist HR background in both an operational and strategic capacity.

You will either be MCIPD qualified or equivalent or be willing to achieve the MCIPD within a year of starting. You must also be able to travel across your division which may include overnight stays. It is likely you will work from home c.2 days/week and be on site for the rest of the week across various locations within your region.

Salary: £38,436 plus company allowance and benefits
