An exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading Financial Organisation for a Tax and Deferred Compensation Specialist to work across the EMEA region.   The key responsibilities for this role are to manage and provide tax advisory support, act as the primary point of contact for all cross border tax related queries, provide support on the US and UK compliance season.  You will also be required to provide information as part of the year-end vesting process impacting a large UK employee population. This will involve analysing a large amount of data and comparing information and then summarising in order for tax and social security rates to be established.

To be successful in this position you will have come from either an accounting firm or in-house, advising on cross border and/or tax related issues.  Ideally including advising on Equity and other types of deferred compensation plans.  You will also have strong working knowledge of expat employment policies and packages.  We are looking for individuals who are preferably ATT / CTA qualified or equivalent.
