Oakleaf are working with an extremely high-growth digital business that is going through a very exciting journey. They are looking for an interim Reward Consultant to work closely with the Head of Reward to support and develop a robust Reward strategy across all areas of Compensation & Benefits. Reporting into the Group Head of Reward, the Reward Analyst will be responsible for global compensation. The position will be broken down into: BAU activities around compensation including benchmarking & job evaluation.Deliver complex Group reward analysis, reporting and bonus modelling and provide data to help drive decisions around 'below the board' remuneration strategy.Planning for the comp review cycle & considering both cash comp and variable pay (shares, LTIPs).Project based activityThe successful candidate will have:Provided support in two remuneration cyclesStrong knowledge and appreciation of reward techniques and principles including market benchmarking, job sizing/evaluation and compensation modelling.Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, V lookups, macros & VBA would be ideal).Experience with benchmarking, job evaluation and knowledge of top benchmarking data companies.Strong stakeholder management experience as this will be working closely with senior members of the business.
