Oakleaf are working with an extremely high-growth digital business that is going through a very exciting journey. They are looking for an interim Reward Consultant to work closely with the Head of Reward to support and develop a robust Reward strategy across all areas of Compensation & Benefits.

Reporting into the Group Head of Reward, the Reward Analyst will be responsible for global compensation. The position will be broken down into:

BAU activities around compensation including benchmarking & job evaluation.

Deliver complex Group reward analysis, reporting and bonus modelling and provide data to help drive decisions around 'below the board' remuneration strategy.

Planning for the comp review cycle & considering both cash comp and variable pay (shares, LTIPs).

Project based activity

The successful candidate will have:

Provided support in two remuneration cycles

Strong knowledge and appreciation of reward techniques and principles including market benchmarking, job sizing/evaluation and compensation modelling.

Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, V lookups, macros & VBA would be ideal).

Experience with benchmarking, job evaluation and knowledge of top benchmarking data companies.

Strong stakeholder management experience as this will be working closely with senior members of the business.
