Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for all queries related to HR including recruitment, payroll and general HR questions. You will be responsible for the recruitment process which includes the on-boarding of starters and leavers, assisting line managers and managing the induction programme. Furthermore, you will also be involved in updating the HRIS and payroll system and administering employee benefits when necessary. There is also the opportunity to get involved in project work across the organisation.
As an individual, you will need to be proactive, professional and have good foundation knowledge of HR.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, all candidates must have previous experience in a HR position which includes being responsible for recruitment and payroll duties. Furthermore, you have to be comfortable working in a fast pace environment.
