A commercially focused, forward thinking, highly acquisitive business is seeking a capable HR Business Partner to provide a truly generalist service to a varied internal customer base.
Covering a number of sites throughout the North of the UK –including Scotland – you will be responsible for c500 employees within the region. Due to the nature of the role you will be expected to spend two days per week travelling (although this will fluctuate depending on issues/requirements etc). Flexibility to travel with the occasional overnight stay is critical for this role.
As the face of HR within the region you will meet the needs of employees, with these needs very much varying; as such you will be a true generalist, able to support on the full range of HR issues, with the ability to multitask whilst working at pace.

To be considered for this truly exciting opportunity you will:
Have worked within a multisite environment;
Have a strong Employment Law background;
Have had exposure to Merger and Acquisition activity;
Hold CIPD Level 5.
