A uk based law firm are looking for an Interim HR Project Manager to join on an initial 6 month period to support from a HR perspective on an ongoing system implementation. This role will see the succeful person, act as the linchpin between the business/HR and the system specialist.Role objective: Project management of a cloud based HR system. Key Responsibilities: Project manage the activities for the migration from a legacy HR system to a new cloud based HR system (Tier 1).Take full accountability for the creation of project documentation and administration.Work in partnership with the external implementation partner (project manager) to ensure internal plans align with the deployment plan.Monthly production of project financials, tracking, forecasts and actuals.Resource allocation tracking and approvals (e.g. timesheets, expenses).Produce weekly progress reports and monthly packs for steering group meetings.Schedule room bookings for onsite project meetings and set up remote conference sessions.Produce minutes for project meetings, maintain RAID logs and chase resources for progress updates.Administration of third party project tools to exchange information on the project with the external implementation partner. Support change management, coordinate activities and produce communication/rollout plans.Coordinate work stream activities (e.g. data migration, integrations with third party vendors). Skills & Experience MS Office skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Project)Understanding of systems implementation methodologyProject management experience of cloud based HR technologyProgramme financials experience (e.g. invoice reconciliations, produce monthly accounts summary)Project management qualification (e.g. Prince2 or equivalent) Competencies Highly organisedGood interpersonal and communication skillsStakeholder managementProject managementChange managementTeam player If the role is of interest, please do apply for further information.
