A highly reputable, global organisation is looking for a proactive Recruitment Advisor with strong stakeholder management skills.
You will be delivering a first-class service to both candidates and stakeholders alike and take ownership of the recruitment process; demonstrating a strong understanding of trends and knowledge within your market sector to guide the business in recruitment strategy.
Working closely with the stakeholders and the hiring managers to understand the needs of the business, duties will include direct sourcing of candidates, market mapping, building talent pools, facilitating assessments, managing agency relationships and screening candidates, alongside ad hoc project involvement.
To be successful for this role, you must have experience of working in a similar role, including recruiting senior and specialist/niche roles. You will have strong relationship management and development skills, be well organised and adaptable to changing needs, confident with technology and have knowledge of core assessment and selection tools.
