A leading FTSE 100 business based in south Cambridgeshire is looking for an exceptional Global Talent & HR Projects Manager to join a new division of an established business.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will form part of a small and progressive HR team responsible for the evolution of talent and performance management across all sites in the UK and overseas of this division. You might be an experienced HRBP who has a passion towards talent and projects or a Talent Specialist. The remit involves developing talent reviews, designing succession plans, talent risks and talent development opportunities as well as other HR projects.

The role is being offered on a 12 month FTC starting at the beginning of April 2019 to cover a period of maternity leave.

You will be educated to degree level and CIPD qualified or working towards this qualification.

Experienced in talent management ideally with an international bias / exposure

Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of the business

Experience of rolling out projects and managing ambiguity

Flexible to travel up to 20-30%.
