Our client, a leading management consultancy with c150 employees across 2 offices in the UK and 1 office in North America, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support the continuing expansion both within the UK and internationally.

The Talent Acquisition Manager would have responsibility for all recruitment within the business in both the UK and US. Key accountabilities will include:

  • Developing the attraction strategy
  • Managing relationships with key university partners including Oxford, Cambridge, Durham etc.
  • Managing relationships with recruitment partners (primarily for experienced hires and corporate functions)
  • Interview process design
  • Managing offer processes

To be successful, you will be collaborative, non-hierarchical, hardworking and motivated. We are looking for someone with previous exposure to either graduate recruitment or experienced hire recruitment (ideally both but not essential).
