An operational and strategic focused HR Business Partner role

A fast paced, Professional Services business based in Leeds.

Client Details

A well established, growing, Professional Services business based in Leeds.


  • Reporting into the HR Manager working as part of the HR team
  • Working with key stakeholders across the business to achieve business objectives
  • Working as part of a team to deliver an effective HR service across the business for all aspects of HR

  • Provide generalist HR support and advice on a wide range of issues including recruitment, employment legislation, performance management and the implementation and application of policies
  • Participate in the conduct and preparation of disciplinary/grievance investigations and meetings at all levels

  • Support and lead on HR projects and initiatives including staff retention, employee engagement, management development


  • Have previously operated at HR Business Partner
  • Have previously worked in a Professional Services/Contact Centre environment
  • Have previously worked in a fast paced, ER focused environment
  • Have the ability to step up into a senior role in the absence of the HR Manager
  • Have previously lead HR projects
  • Have dealt with high volume, complex employee relations cases

Job Offer

  • Salary £35,000 - £45,000k per annum
  • Leeds City Centre location
