Oakleaf are working with a Financial Services organisation. They are looking for a Health and Wellbeing Manager for an initial 12 month contract to start asap! This is an incredibly interesting role within an area that is an extremely hot topic at the moment.

The Health and Wellbeing Manager will be responsible for the UK healthcare trust management, including the international medical insurance, healthcare plans and the health screening program.

Excellent stakeholder management is a prerequisite for this role, as this client want someone who is comfortable engaging with the senior leadership within the organisation as well as the generalist HR teams, ER and recruitment to manage the breadth of issues that may arise.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience in the management of plans particularly a healthcare trust

A detailed understanding of insurance, insurance contract and typical insurance terms including stop-loss and insurance funding.

Financial services experience a distinct advantage

In-house experience is essential
