A leading Professional Services firm based in The City, are recruiting for a Senior HR Assistant to join their team. As the Senior HR Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Preparing offer letters and contracts and partner paperwork

Collating packs for employment and partner offers and ensuring there's always an up to date supply

Processing all pre-employment checks and following up where necessary

Providing regular updates to the recruitment team regarding status of new joiners and relevant paperwork and escalating any issues

Conducting first day meetings for all London based joiners

Full responsibility for ensuring new joiner files are completed

Acknowledging all leavers and calculating holiday balance

Preparing leaver documentation

Ensuring all end to end processes are completed accurately and within the agreed deadlines and SLA's escalating any issues as appropriate with regards to all administrative processes

Assisting with managing the day to day administration tasks that fall to the team

Processing monthly sickness reports and highlighting any issues

Ensuring all HR files are kept up to date and stored securely

Assisting in the production of salary review letters

Assisting with reviewing any new HR policies and proactively making suggestions for improvements

As the Senior HR Assistant, you will possess:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR department

Previous experience working in a fast-paced team

Strong attention to detail and organization teams

Strong IT skills

Ability to work under pressure
