Head of HR
My client is undoubtedly a leader in their field; with clear commercial objectives and a commitment to bettering themselves. As Head of HR and reporting into the Group HR Director, you will be instrumental in driving though change impacting performance and people processes to move to a more commercial and leading-edge business.
Managing, coaching and developing an operational HR team and working closely with the leadership team; you will have the opportunity to 'roll up your sleeves' whilst also supporting the HR Director in creating and delivering the people strategy. You will establish and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple sites and be instrumental in managing specific projects such as employee engagement, talent management and development and HR process and policy reviews.
Experience of working at a senior HR/Head of HR level and within a blue collar and highly commercial environment is essential. You will also have the capability to lead a team whilst still deliver and maintain a hands-on approach and challenge the status quo in a supportive yet constructive manner.
