Currently recruiting a HR Generalist for a permanent opportunity. Based in Fife within manufacturing.

Description

  • Providing guidance and advice to Managers on Employee relations issues at the Fife site
  • Take ownership for local HR/Business Projects to deliver business results
  • Continuously improving HR policies and processes. Ensuring Managers are aware of these processes and the use of them appropriately
  • Supporting and administering the Performance assessment process in the Fife site
  • Processing new hires; producing the relevant documentation, seeking references and supporting new hires.
  • Ensuring the effective on boarding of new starters
  • Processing leavers, ensuring exit questionnaires or interviews take place and analysing feedback
  • Administration of employee changes; questioning where appropriate and preparing the relevant letters
  • Maintaining the company Organisational Charts
  • Managing the recruitment process for entry level roles
  • Administration of monthly payroll on ADP system, including management reporting & statutory filings
  • Administration of salary sacrifice benefits through Salary Extras
  • Completion of monthly pension schedules
  • Supporting the HR Business Partner and Divisional HR Director on key HR Projects
  • Any other tasks as required by management

Profile

  • CIPD qualified or other relevant HR qualification or experience
  • Minimum of 2 years generalist experience, ideally within the manufacturing industry
  • Excellent knowledge of UK and Irish employment law
  • Proven ability of taking full ownership of responsibilities and delivering results
  • Willingness and ability to have an impact on the business

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
