Job Title: HR Advisor
Salary: £30-35K with excellent benefits
Location: Kings Langley
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per week with flexi-time option
Contract: 12 month fixed term contract

Ashley Kate are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a fast paced company who are looking for someone to join them on a 12 month contract covering maternity.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys working in a varied and fast paced environment.

About you
You will enjoy working in role where the day to day responsibilities are varied. You will need to have strong knowledge of employment law and ER. You will be confident in your HR Generalist experience but also be willing to expand your knowledge and experience further.

About the role
Reporting into the HR Business Partner you will be the first point of contact for their corporate division which has a headcount of 80 people.

The purpose of the role is to provide the managers with the coaching and support required for them to successfully manage their teams, whilst building great working relationships throughout.
As a HR Advisor you will cover the following (But not limited to):

·Absence management
·Performance management
·Flexible and remote working requests
·Disciplinary and grievances
·Employee Well-being
·Probation reviews
·Succession planning
