Interim HR Policy Project Manager
The Interim HR Policy Project Manager will be responsible for the rewriting the organisations policies and procedures which are in line with the strategic plan.
The client is a Shared Service platform offering services to local councils. They're a very high performing business with exciting plans for further transformation and growth.
- Working closely with the Chief Executive of the Shared Service business you will review their current policies and procedures as well as get an in depth understanding of the strategic plan for the business.
- You will write clear and effective policies which fit in line with the organisations direction, values and ethos.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in writing Policies and Procedures preferably within the public sector, however Private sector experience is also welcomed.
You will be a self-started who can work autonomously and be able to take direction.
You will need to be available at short notice.
Competitive day/hourly rate.
Initial role will be based in their head office in Lincolnshire, however there may be the potential to work flexibly.
