As a HR Business Partner, you will partner with the SLT and site SMT to devise and deliver the overarching organizational people strategy that is fit for purpose for specific client groups.

Description

This HR Business Partner, reporting into the Head of HR, will be a strategically and operationally aligned HR professional who leads on delivering the overarching organizational people strategy with a value-add and commercially astute service. You'll provide support to senior managers, acting as a trusted adviser on complex people and performance management issues, change processes, compliance and risk.

You will maintain key relationships with HR centres of excellence to support you in delivering best-in-class HR to the business.

You will formulate and lead a transformation programme that consists of structural and cultural change. You will have a focus on managing the ER, Talent, Engagement and D&I agenda.

You will also be a natural and engaging communicator who will look to engage, develop and maintain key relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

This role is based in Rochdale.

Profile

As a HR Business Partner, you will be confident and assertive - with an outgoing personality and an informal, yet professional style. You must be able to communicate effectively to all areas of the business; grassroots to leadership.

Understanding the business operations, the talent employed and the strategic focus the business, you will be a natural business advisor to the leadership team. As an HR leader, you will be the moral compass of the business, and look to evolve behaviours at all levels - within the HR team, and within the wider business.

You will be equipped with an astute toolkit which will enable you to manage projects within a senior generalist role; ER, Talent, Engagement, D&I etc.

You must have experience within a Food Manufacturing, FMCG or Engineering background within a Trade Unionised environment.

Job Offer

This role will paid £45,000 to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience). You will also a performance related bonus, along with a suite of benefits.
