Job Details

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading 'blue chip' based in Swindon to recruit an experienced Interim Senior Reward & Recognition Manager for an initial 12 month contract.

Reporting to the Head of Reward, this role will lead a review of their approach to Employee Recognition - delivering a refreshed proposition that is aligned to strategy and values, as well as providing support and consultancy on a number of other reward initiatives.

We're looking for someone with a breadth of experience in reward, benefits and recognition - in particular, you must have experience in the design, delivery and implementation of employee recognition propositions within a large complex environment.

There is huge change agenda in the reward team, so you will also have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of projects and initiatives which link to recognition. We are therefore looking for someone who thrives in a challenging environment and will get stuck in wherever needed.

Suitable candidates will have previous experience as a senior manager working within the Financial Services/Technology and/or complex Retail sectors. You will possess a deep knowledge of modern best practice across the reward, benefits and recognition landscape and have a proven track record of delivering compelling strategies that have a positive impact on business performance as well as recruitment and retention of talent. The ability to influence a broad range of senior stakeholders and the Unions is a pre-requisite, as is the ability to deliver innovative reward systems solutions.

If you are looking for a highly challenging role in a progressive, change organisation and possess the above competencies, we are keen to hear from you ASAP! This is an urgent role so early application is advised.

Henlee Resourcing is a specialist full service human resources recruitment consultancy operating across the South West, M3 / M4 / M5 corridors.
