This rare, broad-ranging generalist opportunity, offers autonomy, diversity and real scope to progress - whilst supporting a talented HR Director and managing a career hungry HR Assistant.
We require an experienced professional, who has the ability to manage and deliver a proactive and robust HR service to a diverse employee population. You will manage day to day HR operations, providing advice and guidance on; Employee Relations, Training & Development, Recruitment, Systems & reporting, Reward, Engagement and various ad-hoc projects.
Suitable applicants will possess strong employment law knowledge, good man management skills, strong stakeholder management and the ability to challenge the status quo, bringing new ideas and innovation where needed/appropriate. You will be commercially astute, hands on (with a no job too small attitude) and flexible to meet the demands of the business - this includes some travel to different locations across Wiltshire & Somerset.
