Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading Swindon based Employer to recruit an experienced "hands on" HR / ER Advisor on a permanent, full time basis.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses solid working knowledge of employee relations, case management, investigations, disciplinary and grievance, absence management and capability, ideally gained within a unionised environment.
Ideally you will be at least CIPD Level 5 qualified and possess a strong understanding of employee relations / employment law as well HR practices and procedures. You will be career focused and looking to develop, confident and able to quickly establish credibility. You will have a pragmatic and flexible approach with excellent communication skills / attention to detail.
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 7.45am to 4.30pm with a 2.30pm finish on a Friday. The organisation operates fixed shut down in May, August and over Christmas.
