We have an opportunity for an HR Officer/HR Coordinator to join a growing charity organisation in Southampton
You will be working for an ethical charitable organisation in central Southampton. Supporting the HR Manager you will undertake a broad HR generalist role with a focus on recruitment activity.
You will be handling a variety of HR tasks including
- End to end Recruitment, writing job descriptions, job adverts, cv vetting, liaising with managers, coordinating interviews through to offer, contracts of employment.
- On-boarding
- Training
- HR Administration
- Absence management recording
Candidates
Were seeking individuals who are resilient and adaptable to change with a broad HR generalist background.
You will have experience of HR Coordinator/HR Officer or possibly HR advisory with strong recruitment and HR admin skills then this will be a nice opportunity.

core hours 10-4 but flexible on start / finish eg 8.30-4.30
