HR CoordinatorGlobal Marketing and Advertising AgencyTemp to Perm£28,000 - £30,000West End - London An exciting opportunity has arisen within a global media business based in the West End of London. They require a passionate HR coordinator to join them on a temp to perm basis. Reporting into the Head of Talent, the HR coordinator will be responsible for managing the employee life-cycle from an administrative level. Duties will include but are not limited to: Management of Octopus HR databaseDay to day maintenance of system and updating employee detailsInputting all 2019 holiday entitlements and communicating with staffBe point of contact for Octopus service providersManage Appraisal & KPI process Ensure Appraisal and KPI's are flagged/carried out and reported on in line with company best practiceAct on or report any breaches or concernsManage and analyse gathering of 360 Feedback and deliver to AppraiserTake on responsibility for maintaining salary and pension information and working with Finance & payroll providersBe the first point of call for HR matters for staffKeep intranet up to dateEfficient on-boarding & leaving processManage starter and leaver processConstantly seek new ways of improving process Key skills/experience: Knowledge of HR system - OctopusPrevious experience in a HR coordination/administration level roleAbility to work on own initiativePassionate about media/creative industryGood stakeholder management experienceIdeally CIPD or equivalent qualified As this role is initially temp, you must be available immediately if not on short notice.
