An exciting opportunity has arisen within a global media business based in the West End of London. They require a passionate HR coordinator to join them on a temp to perm basis. Reporting into the Head of Talent, the HR coordinator will be responsible for managing the employee life-cycle from an administrative level.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Management of Octopus HR database

Day to day maintenance of system and updating employee details

Inputting all 2019 holiday entitlements and communicating with staff

Be point of contact for Octopus service providers

Manage Appraisal & KPI process

Ensure Appraisal and KPI's are flagged/carried out and reported on in line with company best practice

Act on or report any breaches or concerns

Manage and analyse gathering of 360 Feedback and deliver to Appraiser

Take on responsibility for maintaining salary and pension information and working with Finance & payroll providers

Be the first point of call for HR matters for staff

Keep intranet up to date

Efficient on-boarding & leaving process

Manage starter and leaver process

Constantly seek new ways of improving process

Key skills/experience:

Knowledge of HR system - Octopus

Previous experience in a HR coordination/administration level role

Ability to work on own initiative

Passionate about media/creative industry

Good stakeholder management experience

Ideally CIPD or equivalent qualified

As this role is initially temp, you must be available immediately if not on short notice.
