HR Administrator - Watford - £25k plus benefits
Excellent opportunity for a HR Administrator to join this well known, forward thinking, commercial organisation on a permanent basis. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will provide first line support to the business and be responsible for the delivery of all HR processes.
You will be involved in the following:-
- Provide advice to employees on a range of HR issues
- Produce relevant documentation in line with HR procedures
- Manage the maternity process
- Starters, leavers, contracts
- Ad-hoc Projects
You will need the following experience:-
- Experience within an HR environment
- Attention to detail
- Ideally studying towards CIPD or equivalent
- Strong IT skills
