Your new role
You role will be to manage relationships with key stakeholders using the end to end hiring process ensuring best practice is followed. As part of your role you will liaise with managers to establish where the recruitment needs are within the organisation and create a job description ready to put out to the market. Effectively use social media and job boards to source candidates and to manage the PSL, maintaining relationships with agencies during the recruitment process.
You will screen all CV's and provide a shortlist of candidates to managers, bench-marking and checking the quality of the applications. To be a presence within interviews and to conduct candidate assessments where necessary. Provide constructive feedback to all candidates/agencies regarding CV's or interview in a timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR generalist with a preferred background within a professional service organisation. You will also have previous recruitment experience preferably or some HR experience and knowledge of the professional service market.
