My client is looking to recruit an HR Administrator on a 6 month temp-perm basis. Based in London (Baker Street), this person will be responsible for providing HR administrative support to the Head of HR.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Enrolment of benefits for new hires

Liaising with the Benefit Provider for any employee questions

Liaise with Recruitment Agencies to organise interviews and gather feedback

Prepare new starter packs and set up HR inductions

Schedule and complete end of probation reviews and letters

Take notes on any employee relations issues that arise i.e. disciplinary, grievances etc.

Move paper files to electronic files

Get involved in HR Projects as and when required i.e. GDPR, launching of new funds

Assist the Head of HR with the HR agenda i.e. objective setting, mid-year reviews, appraisal process, salary and bonus rounds, benefit renewals, contracts etc.

This person will be/have:

Experience working in a corporate office environment

Strong administrative skills

Good written and verbal skills

Competent using Microsoft Office packages

1-2 years experience in HR

A 'can do' and professional attitude
