My client is looking to recruit an HR Administrator on a 6 month temp-perm basis. Based in London (Baker Street), this person will be responsible for providing HR administrative support to the Head of HR. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Enrolment of benefits for new hiresLiaising with the Benefit Provider for any employee questionsLiaise with Recruitment Agencies to organise interviews and gather feedbackPrepare new starter packs and set up HR inductionsSchedule and complete end of probation reviews and lettersTake notes on any employee relations issues that arise i.e. disciplinary, grievances etc.Move paper files to electronic filesGet involved in HR Projects as and when required i.e. GDPR, launching of new fundsAssist the Head of HR with the HR agenda i.e. objective setting, mid-year reviews, appraisal process, salary and bonus rounds, benefit renewals, contracts etc. This person will be/have: Experience working in a corporate office environmentStrong administrative skillsGood written and verbal skillsCompetent using Microsoft Office packages1-2 years experience in HR A 'can do' and professional attitude If this HR Administrator vacancy is of interest, please get in touch or apply directly.
