A vibrant and progressive educational organisation based in Wolverhampton who are committed to employee development, wellbeing and engagement. Due to the increased investment into the their Learning & Strategy they are now looking to recruit for a Head of Organisational Development to join the organisation.
Your new role
The Head of Organisational Development will support the development and implementation of the organisational development strategy. Additionally the role will focus on the development of the L&D strategy (including management development and leadership) and performance management. The Head of OD will lead a small team who are responsible for the design and delivery of a wide range of innovation and bespoke L&D programmes. Other responsibilities will include supporting the HR & OD leadership team on workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a CIPD (or similar relevant MBA) qualified Organisational Development or Learning & Development professional with strong organisational development, learning & development, leadership & management development, employee engagement, talent management and people management experience. Complex change management and coaching experience is also essential. Strong project management skills, interpersonal skills and a solutions focused approach will be vital to success in the role.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £43,266 to £50,132 plus excellent benefits
