Senior Benefits Administrator - 6 months FTC
My client, one of the largest not-for-profit healthcare providers in the UK are in need of an experienced and organised Senior Benefits Administrator to work on a 6 month maternity cover contract based in Surrey.
*Monthly processing of joiners, leavers and changes for the employee benefit programmes including, but not limited to; healthcare scheme, health screening benefit, childcare vouchers, gym memberships, give as you earn, online discounts and legacy TUPE schemes such as healthcare cash plans.
*Regular integrity checks and monthly reconciliations of benefit data held on Workday and benefit providers' systems
*Act as main point of contact for benefit queries for employees and managers
*Managing the provision of salary deduction information to the payroll department for benefits such as healthcare scheme contributions, childcare voucher deductions, cycle to work scheme loan deductions, season ticket loan deductions and processing payments to providers by raising purchase orders and coordinating with the finance department
*Act as secretary to the healthcare scheme Trustees, preparing agenda, minutes of meetings and documenting decisions made.
*Refer escalated healthcare scheme issues to the Trustees for decisions where appropriate
