We are delighted to be partnering with a high profile brand who have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced HR & Payroll system implementation Lead, who has significant exposure of SAP SuccessFactors. You will be the HR Business Lead working closely with IS and third party system partners owning the design, build and roll out of a new HR and Payroll system across the 8 Business Units

This is a largely technical role which requires hands-on experience of configuration skills for the front end platform of their HR system and it is therefore essential that you are a true subject matter expert within this field.

You will be working closely with a subject matter experts from each business unit and you will need to be very comfortable with building relationships but also ensuring that time frames are met and also all business leaders are on board with the new technology. a

This will be a 2 year contract and you will be working across the business providing solutions to add value to the business through the application of technology and introducing new modules into SuccessFactors

This role will be based in Liverpool for the first 6 months and then dependant on the phase can be based at one of the UK sites. You will be working as part of a vibrant and forward thinking culture of high performers who are driven and ambitious and true brand ambassadors for the business.

HR & Payroll System Implementation Lead- About you

·You will need to have robust communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships, challenge where necessary and influence at a senior level across the business stakeholders
·Strong leadership, stakeholder management
·Excellent presentation, workshop facilitation, problem solving, and team building skills
·Experience of HR and Payroll systems implementations
·Extensive knowledge of HR and Payroll processes and process re-design
·Ability to travel across the UK
·Proven experience delivering large scale change / transformation across multiple business areas
·Change Management experience
·Highly motivated self starter
·High resilience
