Your new role
Your new role will involve running the HR function day to day alongside the HR Business Partner. This role would be to act like the first point of contact for HR queries across the business. To support and guide with disciplinary or grievance cases and to escalate complex cases when necessary. You will provide impartial guidance with performance/absence related issues and conduct 6-week review or exit meetings. As a Talent Advisor you will look after the employee lifecycle, looking after starters and leavers and you would be responsible for processing contract extensions, bonus payments, transfers or flexible working requests. You will also be responsible for producing ad hoc reports for the senior management team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR generalist with a preferred background within a professional service organisation. Have previous experience with a payroll process.
